Things were easily done
Words were easily spoken
But did I do it right?
And did I say it right?

So funny life is
That the good always get hurt
And the bad gets all the laughs
Not just in the movies
But in real life as well

I may not be the nicest guy in the world
But at least I try
At least I try so hard
Not to disappoint them

Do they talk badly of me?
Do they talk behind my back?
Well did I ever hurt them?
The ones that I don’t recall…

And do they ever thank me?
Are they glad for my existence?
Did I ever give them favor?
Did I make a difference?

If one day I just happen to die
Will I regret being me?
Will I regret for the things I’ve said and done?
Would I wish I did something more?
Have I lived a good live?
Have I been nice?
